  • Priority to candidate with experience in janitorial services
  • Able to do window washing & power washing
  • Priority to candidate with handyman experience – need to provide 2-3 references
  • Able to assemble small items such as IKEA bookshelves and/or other small items
  • Able to lift over 25 pounds – not needed all the time, but sometimes need to carry
    multi-position ladder

Candidate MUST:

  • Speak English, be energetic, extremely responsible and independent worker with
    initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible work schedule – mainly Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays

Position Terms & Conditions:

  • Long term opportunity with increased hours in spring & summer.
  • Must provide proof of social security or work permit
  • Must provide three work related references
  • Preference to candidate with driver’s license and own transportation.
  • Employment with GFHC will require background check
